Compensation survey

In my past experience as a CEO in deeptech start-ups (4 over a 17 year period), I have often faced challenges due to a lack of critical information. To address this, I am launching a series of surveys aimed at gathering insights from fellow leaders in our field.
The first survey will explore executive compensation structures, promoting an open dialogue about best practices and standards within our community.
By participating, you will contribute to a collective resource that benefits all involved. A summary of the findings will be shared with participants, while a detailed analysis will be available for purchase, ensuring that your insights are valued and utilized.
